Stampen Lokala Medier AB reserves all rights to the content on this website, including the right to use the content and the press publications for text and data mining in accordance with Section 15a of the Copyright Act and Article 4 of the Copyright Directive. This reservation is made here and through our technical instructions and machine-readable specifications (including our robots.txt file and any equivalent machine-readable opt-out protocol we apply from time to time), which together constitute an express reservation of rights made in an appropriate manner within the meaning of Section 15a, second paragraph of the Copyright Act and Article 4(3) of the Copyright Directive.

You may not use, nor may you facilitate or authorise the use of, this website and/or any content on it for any purpose without our prior written permission, including, but not limited to, scraping the content or reproducing, modifying, collecting or extracting the content for text and data mining, aggregation, analysis or extraction, or for any commercial use.

This reservation does not affect the separate, non-waivable exception available to research organisations and cultural heritage institutions carrying out text and data mining for scientific research purposes under Section 15b of the Copyright Act and Article 3 of the Copyright Directive, provided they have lawful access to the content.

5. Search engine indexing

Permission for indexing this website for inclusion in a search engine may be granted, but only to the extent and for the users expressly authorised through our technical instructions or equivalent specifications. Indexing for search purposes is distinct from, and does not imply any permission for, text and data mining, and any use beyond indexing for search purposes remains subject to the reservation above. Any form of scraping, indexing or other automated access not expressly authorised by our technical instructions or specifications is strictly prohibited.

6. Technical protection measures

This website and its content may be protected by technical measures that prevent or restrict copying or making the content available to the public. Circumventing any such technical measure without our consent is prohibited under Section 52d of the Copyright Act.
